Crimson Prince Japanese Maple $110   (7 gallon, 4 ft. tall)

A highly ornamental small tree (20 ft.) with deep purple- red foliage; considered hardier with a faster growth rate than the more common Bloodgood variety.

 

Legacy Sugar Maple $90     (10 gallon, 6 ft. tall)

No tree is more tied to the character of New England (50 ft. ). Its graceful form and fall color is unmatched. A drought tolerant variety w/ dark green summer leaves.

 

Briotti Red Horsechestnut $70     (7 gallon, 5 ft. tall)

A medium shade tree (30 ft.) with striking red flowers in showy 10Ó long clusters. Large palmately compound leaves give the tree a distinct character and kids love collecting the chestnut seeds covered in spiky husks.

 

Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry SOLD OUT $80     (10 gallon, 7 ft. tall)

A native tree (20 ft.) tree with year round interest. Delicate white spring flowers, fruit for wildlife, red fall color and streaked gray bark for winter character.

 

Pyramidal European Hornbeam      SOLD OUT       $60     (7 Gallon, 6 ft. tall)

A symmetrical tree (35 ft.), its formal character could be mistaken for a tree that has been sheared. Its leavers and gray bark are similar to beech.

 

Cherokee Sweetgum $60     (7 gallon, 6 ft. tall)

A, cold hard, virtually seedless, variety of the native sweet gum tree (40 ft.). Deep burgundy to red fall color and corky textured bark creates fall & winter interest.

 

Prairifire Crabapple      SOLD OUT        $60     (7 gallon, 6 ft. tall)

Best of the red leafed crabapples (20 ft.), its disease resistance means no spraying. Has lasting pinkish-red flowers and small red fruit for winter interest.

 

Akebona Flowering Cherry       SOLD OUT      $40     (5 gallon, 5 ft. tall)

A cultivar of the yoshino cherry that made Washington a springtime destination. The upright cherry tree (25 ft.) has clouds of fragrant delicate soft pink flowers.

 

Red Oak           $30     (5 gallon, 5 ft. tall)

A stately fast growing native oak (55 ft. ) that transplants well. Lustrous dark green foliage turns russet brown in fall. Very tolerant of urban growing conditions.

 

Accolade Elm $50     (7 gallon, 5 ft. tall)

A disease and insect resistant alternative to the American elm (70 ft. ). Unlike many, this improved elm has the American's vase form and arching branches. 

 

Rivers Purple Beech        SOLD OUT $100   (b&b, 6-8 ft. tall)

A true Newport tree; this variety is the most popular of the purple leaf beeches (50 ft. ). The smooth silver-gray bark is beautiful in the winter

 

Purple Fountain Beech  SOLD OUT    $90     (b&b, 5-6 ft. tall)

A great beech for a small garden with its narrow form, upright trunk and cascading branches (20 ft. ). Dark purple foliage turns greener through summer.

 

Blue Atlas Cedar    SOLD OUT      $130   (b&b, 5-6 ft. tall)

A specimen evergreen tree (40 ft.) with stunning short silvery-blue needles. Use on its own as a focal plant to enjoy its pyramidal form and horizontal branching.

 

Dawn Redwood  SOLD OUT $80     (b&b, 5-6 ft. tall)

A 50 million year old tree with a pyramidal form attractive exfoliating bark and trunk buttress. Do not be worried when the needles turn orange, it is deciduous.
